Due to recent and ongoing success, an innovative online retailer specialising in products for the hearing impaired are currently looking to bolster their inbound Customer Service Team with home-based Operatives looking for flexible evening hours. This is a great chance to supplement your income or work around your lifestyle.

The Role
As part of a professional and focused Customer Service Team you would be responsible for fielding calls from a variety of customers; taking orders, assisting with technical queries, and providing first class customer service, ensuring needs are consistently met and exceeded. You would also be expected to assist in other areas on occasion, including answering emails and other messages in addition to manning the online chat service when required.

Full and part-time positions are available, flexible to meet your needs, however hours will be between 5pm – midnight. The company are based in Stockbridge and occasional office visits will be required, however applications from candidates across the South will be considered. All necessary IT and telephone equipment will be provided.

The Candidate
You will need to hit the ground running and so demonstrable experience in previous customer service roles may be useful, but more important will be your determination, positive attitude and desire to be part of this expanding team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people are essential as is a positive attitude, confidence, and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills.
