The Role
This position is key in ensuring clients’ expectations are routinely met and exceeded. Reporting to the Floor Manager, you would act as the key point of contact for customers, resolving a wide range of queries over phone and by email. Responsibilities include…
o Resolving all queries and issues over the phone and by email
o Interacting with customers in an empathetic, timely and professional manner
o Delivering a first-class customer experience at all times
o Meeting compliance and regulatory standards, working towards achieving monthly targets

The Candidate
Experience working within a customer relationship / account management role is essential, as is the ability to problem solve effectively and deliver excellent levels of customer service in ways that communicate empathy, concern and helpfulness.

A professional manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people will all be required, as is a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your account management skills. Strong IT skills will also be required.
