Due to recent and ongoing success, one of the UK’s largest award winning insurance brokers are currently looking for intelligent and confident individuals to join the Customer Service team at their Stoke Head Office. The role comes with an attractive basic salary, fantastic benefits plus first class training and promotional opportunities.
You would be joining a professional, focused and fast-paced Customer Service Department and would be responsible for taking calls from a variety of customers, ensuring all receive excellent service throughout the term of their insurance policy.
The department offers individuals a lively, fun, and dynamic environment in which to develop their career. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, you’ll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed. You would participate in accredited training programs, and would in time be given the opportunity to become a qualified insurance practitioner.
Experience working within a customer service role, ideally in a call centre or telesales environment, is essential, as is the ability to problem solve effectively and deliver excellent levels of customer service in ways that communicate empathy, concern and helpfulness.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people are essential as is a positive attitude, confidence, and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills.
