Tell me more about the role…
You will be tasked with acting as the key point of contact for customers, some in financial difficulty, resolving a wide range of queries over phone and potentially by email. You will be working for one of their major UK and International blue-chip clients.

Based in the company’s Glasgow office, you’ll report to an Operations Manager and will be responsible for interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner.

What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got experience of Contact Centre environments, ideally in finance.

– Ensuring customers receive the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to challenges
– Meeting compliance and regulatory standards, working towards achieving monthly targets

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following…
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– The ability to handle challenging situations effectively
– Strong IT skills

What can I earn?
This Customer Service Advisor position offers an attractive basic salary of £17,000.00 – £20,000.00 per annum, with an average salary of £19,000.00 per annum.
