Customer Service Advisor/ Collections Advisor
Based in Walsall, West Midlands (WS2)
Starting Salary £15,540 (with the potential to rise to £18,042) + Excellent Benefits

About You
We’re looking for people who are good listeners and enjoy talking to people. You’ll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday-Friday and Sat/Sun 8-4pm. You’ll be taking calls either inbound or outbound speaking to customers and resolving any queries they may have. We offer individuals a chance to utilize their excellent customer service skills in a professional and friendly call center environment. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, you’ll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed.

The Customer Service Candidate
o Experience working within a customer service role, ideally in a call centre
o Be an excellent listener with the ability to flexibly adapt to customer needs
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people and communicate empathy and concern are essential
o A positive attitude, and the confidence and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills

The Collections Candidate
o Excellent customer service ideally gained in a call centre, with inbound and outbound dialler experience
o Ideally with previous Collections experience, you will be a strong negotiator with a passion for customer service.
o Experience in Affordability and Vulnerability is desirable but not essential
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people and communicate empathy and concern are essential
o As a self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast pace environment you will demonstrate a natural ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
