Our client are an award winning and UK leading trade-only supplier of storage systems. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator who will join as an integral part of the support team.
Role of the Customer Service Co-ordinator
Working within a team environment this role requires excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for the complete customer experience, processing orders and the co-ordination of customer purchase orders from receipt through to supply and dealing with all customer queries via telephone and email. You will work closely with the order processing, sales and Technical teams providing efficient and accurate customer information when processing orders.
Essential Requirements of the Customer Service Co-ordinator
The successful candidate will have a strong confident telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. Ideally, you will have working knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite, excellent keyboard skills and a proven customer service/order taking experience.
