Customer Services Coordinator
Based near Alfreton, Derbyshire

One of the world’s leading manufacturers of food products is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator at their Somercotes plant near Alfreton, Derbyshire.

The Role
As a member of a busy and fast paced Customer Service Team within the Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for a defined customer base, covering all issues relating from sales order processing through to despatch. Responsibilities will include sales order entry, ensuring customers receive orders on time; recording and monitoring service levels, ensuring KPIs are consistently met and that customer expectations are met; stock control; involvement in new product launches.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, be numerate and comfortable working with and interpreting large volumes of data. Experience within a fast-paced FMCG setting will be required as will familiarity with order processing and experience of working with stock control and warehousing. Knowledge of ERP systems would also be an advantage.

You must have a good general education; have experience of working with Microsoft packages, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have a methodical and organised approach to work, both individually and as part of a team.
