Job Title: Data Scientist – AI

Salary: Circa £45,000 plus Benefits

Location: Cambridge

This is a very rare opportunity for either a data scientist with a few years’ experience or a recent PhD in an analytical subject with a real passion for data science and AI/Machine Learning.

This company are at the cutting edge of their field and have produced a powerful AI analytics engine that is revolutionising decision making and development within the life sciences sector. You will work within a small and highly talented team of data scientists on varied Agile projects and once ready you will be given a great deal of autonomy on the projects you work on where you will make the key decisions.

What we are looking for:

If you are looking to join us straight from your academic studies, we would expect you to have a PhD with a highly analytical mind and a passion for data science. If you have one or two years’ experience, then a BSc or MSc would also be considered.

In both cases we would need experience in the following areas:

  • Strong development skills in Python
  • Good understanding in Machine Learning – ML and Deep Learning – DL
  • ML Frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile Frameworks
  • NLP knowledge or experience.
  • Any experience with AWS would be a plus
