An exciting opportunity within an expanding organisation has arisen. My client are a reputable and well established organisation, providing care and support to people with learning disabilities throughout Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Due to expansion they are now looking for a new addition to their team. They have recently started using Staff Plan as their CRM system and now need a responsible individual to oversee the management of this system. This position can be full time or part time depending on successful persons requirements. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own diary and have some say over the days and hours you work, so long as they meet the demands of the business.
As the Database Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the company’s CRM system, Staff Plan. You will be responsible for ensuring that staff are using systems to their full potential, offering support and training as and when required.
You will be the “go to” person within the organisation and the main point of contact for any Staff Plan related issues. You will ensure the system is set up to schedule rotas and that resources are being used effectively across the business.
You must have:
As the Database Manager it is essential that you have a good understanding Staff Plan. If you do not have any experience with Staff Plan your application will not be considered.
