The home is an established nursing home for the elderly which is highly rated with CQC and is currently at full capacity with a large waiting list. The current manager is retiring after a number of successful years developing the home and making it into the fantastic care provision it is today.
As Nursing Home Manager you will be managing the full operations of the home including:
- Clinical guidance to nursing / care staff
- Creating and maintaining Care Plans
- Staff Rotas and Staff Management and Appraisal
- Problem Solving
- Team building
- Able to work under pressure
The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse. You must have previous experience in management/supervisory roles with the ability to communicate at all levels. A genuine interest in working with the relevant client group is required, along with passion for wanting to continually improve levels of service.

This position will be suitable for: Registered Manager, Nurse Manager, Matron, Senior Nurse, Nursing Home Manager, Home Manager, Residential Manager, Home Supervisor, Deputy Manager, RGN Manger or RMN Manager and Unit manager.
