Deputy Care Manager
Salary between £19k and £23k

I am recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager, working within a Children’s Residential setting. Your main responsibility will be support the Registered Care Manager and assist in the day to day running of the home. These children have some very severe challenging behavioural difficulties so experience in complex needs is essential.
* 2 years children’s residential experience at a Supervisor or Deputy
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People
* Experience in dealing with emotional and physical complex behavioural difficulties
* Maintaining all company records and reports and audits as required
* Contributing to hands on care
