We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager position at a supported living service in West London
Along with the competitive basic salary that is on offer you will be well supported within your role and have excellent progression opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
–Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are fully and consistently implemented.
–Assisting in the recruiting and training of staff in order to develop the workforce to meet requirements.
–Ensuring that care plans are being effectively communicated to care workers and that workers understand their responsibilities and duties.
–Provide hands on, personal care when required.
–Creating rotas and care plans.
– Must have at least 1.5 years of experience in a care environment.
–Will be fun and vibrant with an open minded approach to creating activities for service users.
–Sound knowledge of care management issues.
A Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
