We’re looking for a talented Deputy Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of acting as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader or supervisor within a care setting.

The Role:
As the Deputy Manager you’ll report to the Registered Manager and will be primarily responsible for providing a high quality and safe residential support service for 36 residents with learning disabilities.
You’ll also be tasked with the following:
– Working with staff and management to promote privacy, dignity, choice and independence within the service users
– Promoting high domestic standards within the home
– Providing support, supervision and guidance to other members of the staff team
– Supporting the Registered Manager in carrying out their duties
– Conveying the company’s aims, objectives and goals

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Deputy Manager role will have relevant experience of acting as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader or supervisor within a care setting.
You’ll also need experience of writing and updating care plans and administering medication.
It’s also really important that you possess a NVQ level 3 qualification in care.
You’ll also need to be the following:
– Able to work very hands on
– Able to motivate staff
– Able to ensure all practices and polices are followed effectively

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £24,680 per annum for the ideal candidate
Overtime: You’ll also have the opportunity to earn additional overtime in this role
