Deputy Manager – Residential Home
Location: Based in Blackpool – Near Lytham
Salary: The is negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications
This is a brand new opportunity for a successful deputy manager to join a well established residential home provider based in the Blackpool area.
Your role as a deputy manager will be to work closely with the Registered Home Manager ensuring smooth running of the home and providing the highest quality of care to the customers within the residential service.
Supporting all staff with policies and procedures also promoting all knowledge of all legislation. Working on Rotas and systems to provide carers and support workers with shifts, Appraisals and recruitment. Liaising with Staff, customers, external agencies and families.
This role requires a highly skilled Carer who has gained knowledge of the Residential sector by having a hand’s on approach and building their success by gaining knowledge through the ranks, you will still have the hands on approach as this role requires you to stay in touch with your caring back ground as well as your knowledge within management.
We are requiring a qualification within care NVQ Level 3 4 or 5, you could have a strong senior background ready to take your next step or be a qualified deputy looking to further your career.
This will be a full time permanent role offering 28 to 37 hours, you may be required to conduct on call 1 in 4 weeks – so a flexible approach is needed.
This is a very established residential home, providing very high quality care holding a very good rating with CQC. We will look for candidates that provide a similar type of care.
