Exciting opportunity for a Senior or Team Leader from a learning disability background to take their next step up as a Deputy Manager. Salary £25K.
They are a dynamic organisation who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults within residential and supported living services. they strive to exceed quality and aim for outstanding Care and Support. This particular role is for one of their residential homes in Tewkesbury.
The Position:
As the Deputy Manager you will;
- Act as a direct report for all Team Leaders and Support Workers that are within the home
- Oversee the creation of care plans, risk assessments and other necessary documentation
- Monitor rota management, dealing with any queries as they arise
- Complete audits, supervisions and appraisals
The Person:
To be considered for the Deputy Manager role you will need;
- Proven experience of working within a similar service supporting adults with learning disabilities/autism/challenging behaviour/mental health
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
- To be highly organised with good attention to deal
