A Deputy Manager is needed for Supported Living service in Surrey Salary up to £25.5K. The successful candidate will be joining a reputable organisation that provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and mental health. You’ll be based in their supported living service which has 10 clients and will be supported by a strong Registered Manager.
The Role;
Your role as the Deputy Manager will be to;
- Support with the growth of the Supported Living service and outreach support
- Provide supervision, support and guidance to the staff team
- Ensure all records are properly maintained in accordance with relevant legislation
- Lead and supervise staff by a hands-on approach
- Work on shift with the clients, 7-2 and 2-9 with alternative weekends
The Person;
To be considered for the role of Deputy Manager, you will need;
- Ideally the NVQ 4 or QCF 5 in Leadership & Management
- Experience of working with adults in a supported living environment
- Managerial / leadership experience within a similar service – a strong Team Leader will be considered
