Deputy Manager (Domiciliary)
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000
A position has become available for a Deputy Manager to join my client in a growing domiciliary company in Middlesex.
You’ll be responsible for assisting in managing the provision. You’ll take on responsibility for managing the service provision and building up the business with the care manager. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within the company with ongoing training opportunities.
The duties involved in the role of Deputy Manager (Domiciliary) include:
- Client Assessments
- Risk Assessments
- Client Reviews
- Recruitment and induction of new staff
- Meeting with healthcare professionals, and clients families
- Ensuring that CQC standards are being met
The successful candidate will be NVQ Level 3 in Care as a minimum. You must have previous experience in domiciliary care with the ability to communicate at all levels. A genuine interest in working with the relevant client group is required, along with a satisfactory DBS. The position is Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with no on call duties.
This position would be ideal for a care coordinator, zone manager, field supervisor, care giver, senior carer, deputy manager, registered manager, care manager, community care manager, home care manager, senior carer co-ordinator or team leader.
The company is a domiciliary care agency that has been trading since 2013, providing live-in and visiting personal care support to elderly people in North London.
