A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a medium size home as a Deputy Manager at their service for older people offering a mixture of nursing and residential care in the Seaside location of Bexhill, East Sussex Salary up to £36K and shift pattern negotiable! This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Nurse to take the next step up in their career.
The Deputy Manager will oversee the clinical care provided to residents within the home. You will manage the nursing staff, providing them with advice and guidance to ensure the highest standard of care is given at all times. As the Deputy, you will also, in the absence of the Home Manager, take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service.
The successful candidate for the Deputy Nursing Home Manager/ RGN will have the following:
- Nurse qualification with current NMC Registration
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Experience of caring for the elderly

The basic salary for the Deputy Nursing Home Manager role is between £33,000 – £36,000. There is also a flat adjoining the complex, where the Deputy Nursing Manager could live or stay for part of the week for their convenience.
This position would also be suitable for Registered Manager, Care Manager, Nurse Manager, Matron, Senior Nurse, Nursing Home Manager, Home Manager, Residential Manager, Home Supervisor, Deputy Manager, RGN Manger or RMN Manager and Unit manager.
