An experienced Deputy Manager needed for Supported Living services in Southern Birmingham.

The company have been established for over 20 years, providing care and support to adults with a variety of different needs to include; learning disabilities, mental health, challenging behaviour, autism and forensic histories.

The Position:
As the Deputy Manager you will;

  • Act as a direct report for all Team Leaders and Support Workers that are within your services
  • Oversee the creation of care plans, risk assessments and other necessary documentation
  • Monitor rota management, dealing with any queries as they arise
  • Complete audits, supervisions and appraisals

The Person:
To be considered for the Deputy Manager role you will need;

  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, as minimum
  • Proven experience of working within a similar service, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities/autism/challenging behaviour/mental health
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (usually once a month)
  • To be highly organised with good attention to deal
