The Role:

The role is for a Deputy Manager of a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. As a Deputy Manager you will support the Service Manager ensuring that the service meets all of CQC requirements as well as leading the staff team.

Salary: £27,000

Benefits: 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for the Deputy Manager role:

  • Experience of working in a similar service.
  • Experience of leading/ supervising staff.
  • Have a positive attitude and understand of mental health and learning disabilities.
  • Have experience of working in line with CQC requirements.
  • An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in care.

The Deputy Manager role will suit candidates who are experienced Deputy Managers, Senior Residential Care Workers or Team Leaders.
