Deputy Service Manager – Mental Health
Mental Health Residential Home
Salary: £18,500 to £21,500 pro rata
Hours: 30 Hours per week
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
We are currently recruiting an Deputy Service Manager based at a small provision specialising in care for service user with acute mental health issues based Boston, Lincolnshire.
This is a challenging position where you will be working alongside a small staff team who deliver specialist care for service users with complex mental health issues. The service itself is based in Boston and has a fantastic care team in place; there are no initial concerns with the service, but they do require someone who has worked within a similar setting.
Working alongside the support team you will ensure that:
The delivery of care is in line with the minimum standards set by CQC
Staff supervisions & appraisals are regularly undertaken
Referrals are managed successfully
Staff rotas completed on a weekly basis
Deliver hands on care where required
Qualified with a minimum NVQ Leve3 in Health & Social care, the right person will come from a similar setting, working within a mental health residential background. They will also have some senior experience working within a senior capacity overseeing a support team within mental health.
