We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Manager to oversee an established domiciliary service in the Ilford area – excellent salary and bonus available
This branch offers domiciliary services for the elderly and young adults. Our client specialises in learning disabilities, palliative care, dementia as well as physical disabilities
The Domiciliary Care Manager will report to the Owner; however have the autonomy for the running of the branch. The main remit is to develop the branch and the staff.
Other duties will involve:
- Carrying out service users assessments
- To ensure all staff rotas are scheduled correctly
- Ensuring staff development and appraisals are conducted regularly
- To develop and increase levels of business as required
- To work with the office team
- To liaise with family members, advocates and professional group
As a Domiciliary Care Manager you must have your NVQ Level 4 or 5 in health and social care or RMA and 2 years’ experience within a management role working within a similar setting. You will need to be flexible and take part in the on-call rota as and when required. It is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
