Domiciliary Care Manager
Domiciliary Elderly Care
Location: Milton Keynes
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a highly successful and ambitious elite care provider based in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for a Manager who will be responsible for leading outstanding care and management of a large service catering for elder residents with a retirement village setting.
You will work alongside the business manager, managing the care team and ensuring that the service exceeds CQC standards.
Your key responsibilities will include management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the service runs in accordance with company and CQC policies.
Using your existing experience you will:
-Manage the staff team ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld.
-Support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.
-Take a genuine interest in each service user and play a key part in there personal development. It is paramount that service users are treated as an individual with their own unique support needs.
-Ensure that the dignity and individuality of each service user is respected and that they are able to exercise choice in all areas of their life
-To work in accordance with the companies vision statement, policies and procedures, and all relevant legalisation.

-Hold a social care management qualification
-Experience with working with elderly service users
-Proven track record of successful domiciliary / support living management
-Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
