An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Manager to manage a high performing branch within an expanding organisation. The organisation pride themselves on their friendly and caring reputation and can offer a starting salary which is negotiable dependent on experience and will increase following a successful probationary period.
Your main responsibilities will be all aspects of managing a domiciliary care branch including recruiting and training the office and field based staff, business development and relationship building and ensuring a quality service is provided and maintained. You will also be responsible for carrying out risk assessments and reviewing care packages, taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits.
You will ideally be an experienced domiciliary care manager, however we are able to consider a Deputy Manager or Senior Care Coordinator looking for their first management role. You will have with a proven track record of successfully leading a large care team and you will be a hands on manager who can lead from the front. You must be a driver with your own car. Ideally you will hold QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or be working towards.
