An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Domiciliary Manager to manage a high performing branch within an expanding organisation. Your main responsibilities will be all aspects of managing a domiciliary care branch including recruiting and training the office and field based staff, business development and relationship building and ensuring a quality service is provided and maintained. You will also be responsible for carrying out risk assessments and reviewing care packages, taking a lead on CQC inspections and conducting quality audits.
You must be an experienced domiciliary care manager with a proven track record of successfully growing a branch whilst maintaining a quality care service. You will genuinely enjoy leading teams and building their reputation for delivering high quality services in line with legislation and CQC standards. Experience of managing and training care teams is essential and you will have a firm but fair management style. You must be a driver with your own car. Ideally you will hold QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or be working towards.
