A small family run domiciliary service, looking for a Branch Manager to join their team; this is an ideal opportunity for a Deputy or Senior Coordinator wanting to take the next step up.
My client is a fairly new family run service based in Worcester. They are looking for a Domiciliary Manager to come on board to help grow the business, whilst taking time to ensure quality of care remains at the forefront of their business model.
Your New Role;
You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the branch, including rota management, coordination and logistical management. You will need to build loyalty, attracting new customers and assist in the development of front lines services. You will be responsible for ensuring all staff receive training and that quality care standards are maintained.
To be considered for this position you will need to have a NVQ level 5 or willing to work towards this within an agreed timeframe. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of CQC and care standards. Having excellent leadership and communication skills and have previously worked in a domiciliary branch with the responsibility of managerial tasks.
