You will be primarily responsible for managing a domiciliary care service based in Guildford.

Based in the company’s Guildford office, you’ll report to the Owner and will be tasked with the following:

  • Recruiting, developing and managing staff
  • Liaising with social service and also medical authorities
  • Conducting risk assessments and carrying out care plans
  • Liasing with families

    The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.

    What experience do I need?
    My client wants someone who’s got a background in working within a domiciliary care setting. They’ll also need you to have experience of managing people effectively.

    In addition, you’ll need a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.

    You’ll also need to be the following:

  • Flexible
  • Professional
  • Someone who is willing to learn
  • Someone who is good with documentation

    What can I earn?
    This Care Manager position offers a basic salary between £30,000 – £38,000 per annum.

    There are further payments you’ll receive as a result of your on-call work which will amount to £1,500 per annum.

    In addition you’ll get other benefits which include mileage paid and 28 days holiday.
