I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a new branch opening soon in Sandwell. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager or a deputy/ senior care coordinator looking for their first management role. A competitive salary and bonus scheme is offered along with excellent support and training.
The role is based in new domiciliary care branch that provides care in the community to service users of all ages with varying needs. You will be responsible for recruiting the care team and managing the service. You will receive support from the senior care team and there is a Business Manager on board who will assist in the marketing and business development side, allowing the successful candidate to concentrate on the care aspects to ensure a quality care service is provided.
The successful candidate will ideally be experienced Manager with a background in domiciliary care. However due to the level of support and training provided a Deputy Manager or Senior Care Coordinator will also be considered. You should hold NVQ Level 5 or equivalent or be working towards and you must be a car owner.
