Domiciliary Care Workers/Support Workers/Senior Care Workers
Domiciliary Support – Elderly/Physical and/or Learning Disability
Salary: £6.50 – £7.25 per hour + mileage allowance and paid training.
Location: Scunthorpe or Grimsby and Surrounding Areas.
Hours: 7am – 2pm, 4pm – 10pm, 4/3 Rolling Rotas, Night Sits,
Roving Nights, Active Sits and Escorted Activities.
DRIVING LICENCE AN ADVANTAGE, FLEXIBILITY AND WHO HAVE OR ARE WILLING TO WORK TOWARDS A QUALIFICATION.
Due to continued growth, we have new and exciting opportunities for caring and supportive staff to join our forward thinking care company. You will be expected to undertake personal care tasks, provide domestic support, social activities and End of Life Care for adults, within their own homes. Scunthorpe area also provides Child and Family Support Services.
The Position: We are looking to recruit staff members to provide supportive and enabling services within both child and adult services, in and around the Scunthorpe and Grimsby areas.
- Personal Care, Shopping, Cleaning, Escorted Activities, Cooking, Medication Assistance, Dementia Care and Companionship etc.
- Senior Role: Will also include, Assessment, Care Planning, Reviews and Multi Agency Liaison work and Supervision.
We are looking for proactive, flexible and caring individuals with a great sense of humour. You must want to make a real difference to people’s lives, and take a genuine interest in their wellbeing, using a person centred approach. Experience in a care setting is preferable, however full training will be provided to all successful applicants.
The Senior Support Worker post will preferably be qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and have sound leadership skills with an good eye for detail.
My client is an established provider of domiciliary care and support services, whose aim is to provide quality support and assistance for individuals who want remain in the home environment and maintain their independence and dignity.
Basic salary is an hourly rate of £6.50 – £7.25 (negotiable depending on experience & qualifications)
