One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today are currently recruiting for an eLearning Developer on a part-time basis at their Crawley office. As a highly creative individual with a passion for online learning, you will be tasked with designing, developing and maintaining high quality and innovative online learning content.
Reporting to the Blended Learning Manager, you would be expected to design eLearning and CBT materials including modules, e-briefings, evaluations and assessments, at the same time as maintaining the existing eLearning portfolio including any updates, edits, or links. You would be responsible for performing quality assurance and user acceptance tests on learning platforms prior to release, providing management reports and updating the database records.
The role will be on a part-time basis, 22 ½ hours per week, and represents a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and creative eLearning specialist to help drive forward the development of eLearning technology within a high profile and award-winning professional services firm.
The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate a real passion for eLearning. Proven experience of developing, scripting and storyboarding high quality eLearning content in a regulated environment will be required, as will proficiency in the use of content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
You will have excellent organisational skills as well as plenty of initiative, plus exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workloads effectively and work equally effectively alone and as part of a team.
