Experienced PA / EA, reporting to the Board, sought for a genuine opportunity to help shape a business and drive it forward.
They are a well-established, family run firm based from a modern site in the Walsall area – and seek someone to join them to support the activities of the Directors.
A Bit More About The Job……….
Some of this support will be in the form of diary and travel management, board meeting prep / /support and event management.
However, where you will really add value is in the day to day project management / task follow up with the line managers (and Directors!) to ensure the directions of the board are being actioned.
Some of these will be projects you have direct responsibility for, some of it will be ‘chasing’ on behalf of one of the Directors to make sure things remain on schedule.
What Experience is Required………..
In simple terms you we are seeking to appoint someone with significant experience in an EA / PA type role – ideally gained within a blue-chip environment or a forward-thinking family setup.
In reality the candidate will need not only that but the ability and willingness to communicate effectively, demonstrate persistence and resilience and have a desire to see tasks through to completion
You will need to comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate effective prioritisation of core responsibilities.
