Executive Assistant to Business Owner
£25k per annum
My client has a network of care homes providing a full spectrum of care services, they are looking to recruit an accomplished and highly intelligent Executive Assistant at their North London Head office.
You would be responsible for providing an excellent standard of organisational, secretarial and administrative support to the Business Owner within the company’s Corporate Finance department.
You will provide assistance in all areas and need to be fully conversant with using Excel.
• Intermediate Excel and Word processing skills
• Able to read profit and loss reports
• Help support the owners of the company when creating budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator
• Able to work on their own initiative and work within a team
• Some PA duties
• To be based at our Head Office but on occasion work at the owners own home.
The successful candidate for this role MUST be/have:
• Supported at an Executive level previously on a 1:1 basis
• Worked in a Front Office role
• Extensive experience of working with senior management in a corporate environment
• Be trust worthy and be able to operate with discretion
• Excellent communication skills
• be of a professional well groomed appearance
• have full UK Driving Licence and Own transport
