Field Care Supervisor
£19000 to £21000
You will be working for one of the UK’s top home care providers within the UK, offering fantastic salary, holidays and pension scheme.
The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for the management of staff working within the community, ensuring that all the procedures are followed, conducting assessments and building new care packages for new customers.
Here are a few of the duties you will be responsible for;
• Assist in the monitoring of quality control procedures.
• Carry out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services.
• Attending customer’s first call to introduce the care worker.
• To be a part of the emergency on-call rota as and when required.
• To induct all new support supervisors into the role.
You as the Field Care Supervisor/ Quality Care Supervisor/ Customer Support Manager will have previous experience within the Home Care Sector and providing care in the community. You be working full time hours at 37.5 you will need to be flexible with working hours. You will hold a care qualification preferably NVQ level 3 or above. You must be a driver and have access to your own car.
