The position of Field Care Supervisor is for a well-established organisation who have an excellent reputation within the care industry. You will play a fundamental part in ensuring your field based staff are providing the best quality, person centred care to their clients. You will spend 50% of your time out and about carrying out spot checks, supervisions and training and 50% in the office supporting the coordinators with updating and reviewing care plans, updating training documentation and staff files, participating in recruiting and delivering training to new starters as required. Other duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Ensure delivery of the highest standards of care and support by both yourself and your team
- Working closely with service users, their families and social services
- Supporting Service Users development and participation in various activities
- Ensuring shifts run smoothly and working closely with other supervisors, Coordinators and managers
- Collate reports when required
A driving licence and car is essential for this role!
Previous experience of leading a team in a similar environment is essential. Ideally, you will hold a minimum QCF Level 3 qualification and have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations.
