Field Care Supervisor

Salary: £16,000 – £16,500
I am recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join a busy team based in Birmingham. This role would be ideal for an experienced Senior Carer looking for their first office based role, or an experienced Field Care Supervisor looking for a new challenge.
The role is based in a busy domiciliary agency which offers home based support services in central and south Birmingham. The main purpose of the role is to manage, support and monitor the delivery of care and support services. Main duties of the role include:
- Preparing carer schedules allowing for sickness and holiday cover
- Taking on new service user referrals and business growth
- Leasing with social workers, GP’s, District Nurses and health professionals
- Documenting and reporting service user heath information and concerns
- Making sure we deliver a reliable and consistent service
- Updating client service user and care staff data records
You will be an experienced Senior Carer or Care Co-ordinator with knowledge of domiciliary care and CQC standards. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to use an in-house computer system and have good attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure and work to deadlines whilst being able to make quick decisions. You must be flexible with working hours as you will work on a rota basis covering early, late and weekend shifts.
