Field Sales Executive

The UK’s leading supplier of products, advice and services for the rural community are currently looking to recruit a confident and well organised Field Sales Executive. The company provide a range of products and services for Farming, Smallholder, Equestrian, Rural Business and Country Home sectors. You would be responsible for selling a range of LPG/Energy products to new and existing customers across Swindon and the South West, achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high standard of support to the LPG team and its customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a dynamic market leading business. Reporting to the LPG Product Manager, you would be tasked with promoting the company’s range of LPG/Energy products, identifying and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy, developing relationships with existing as well as new customers, and providing the best possible level of customer service at all times. In time you will come to be seen internally and externally as the complete LPG/Energy expert.
The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills developed within previous B2B or B2C roles, and will be skilled in maximising margins and meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets. A background or interest in the rural community would be a distinct advantage, as would basic knowledge of the LPG/Energy market, although full training will be provided.
You will be IT literate and able to organise a varied workload and interact confidently with a wide range of people both internally and externally. You will be a confident, personable, and outgoing individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team.
