Field Sales Manager
Based in London (W1D)
Salary circa £25,000 + Excellent Benefits inc. Uncapped Commission

The UK’s number one recipe box service are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager, tasked with leading a talented and energetic sales team across London.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you would be responsible for building a canvassing team, setting sales targets, identifying training needs, and driving results in the field. You would be expected to lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve targets and creating a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hand on, field based role which offers plenty of opportunity for professional development.
This is a Monday to Friday role, hours 11am – 8pm shift, with half of your week spent in the Oxford Street office, half in the field. Travel expenses within London and Greater London will be paid.
o Proven experience in a high pressured sales environment, (ideally field based
o Good understanding of a strong sales process from start to finish
o Experience in managing a large sales team and implementing a process
o Strong motivational presence, positive outgoing demeanour with a resilient attitude
o Passionate about food and understand the ambitions of a cook from scratch delivery service
o Excellent people and customer service skills, adapting your communication and matching needs to service
o Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
