Filing Assistant – Part-time
Based in London (EC4)
Salary circa £20,000 + Excellent Benefits
One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies are currently looking to recruit a well organised and professional Filing Assistant on a part-time basis at their Farringdon office in London. You would be responsible for filing client paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
You will be expected to work normal office hours, 9am – 5pm, 4 days per week, with your main tasks and responsibilities being as follows:
o Processing daily filing for current clients ensuring each client file is kept up to date and stored effectively
o Setting up of new clients files when required
o Archiving and retrieving old client files ensuring accuracy of labelling and arranging for delivery and collection
o Undertaking of regular audits of the filing range to ensure it remains current.
The ideal candidate for the role will have some experience managing a filing system in a fast-paced office environment, this is essential. You will have excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy alongside an ability to manage a varied workload and work efficiently and effectively under pressure and to deadline. You will also need to be capable of working on your own initiative in an unsupervised manner whilst remaining an integral part of a team matrix.
