Finance & Admin Manager
Based in Liverpool
Salary up to £30,000 + benefits including bonus

A leading provider of support services to the construction industry is currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance & Admin Manager at their Liverpool office. The Role
Reporting to as well as working closely alongside the Managing Director, you would be tasked with delivering comprehensive financial control, keeping finances stable and robust and providing a platform for the company to deliver on its objectives. Key tasks will include…
o Processing purchase and sales ledgers, identifying financial balances and keeping system up to date
o Reconciling both supplier accounts and statements, chasing debts
o Addressing queries on invoices as and when they arise and advise supplier
o Assisting with the production of year end accounts, VAT submissions, plus monthly reports for management
o Working with workforce management software – (Gallinet)

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have experience working as part of a high volume and fast paced accounts team, with significant bank/cash reconciliation and credit control experience essential plus a good understanding of HMRC and tax compliance requirements. You will be a well organised individual, able to multitask and prioritise a workload effectively, with strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels will be required, as will good IT skills, particularly Sage and Excel.
