We’re looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to assist the Finance Manager of a leading temporary and permanent recruitment agency.

The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager and based in the company’s Sutton Coldfield office, as the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
– Weekly & Monthly payroll and all that entails
– Client invoicing / processing etc
– Input in to and management of the sales and purchase ledgers
– Day to Day Banking tasks

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Administrator role will have experience supporting the finance function of a business – ideally including some exposure to payroll.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Strong excel experience
– High attention to detail
– Some knowledge of Sage (but not vital)
