An independent Care Home organisation with sites around the East Midlands is looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to work from their site in Hinckley.
This role would be ideal for someone who has worked as a PA or someone who has supported a small business within a finance/administration capacity.
Despite this being a new position within the company, you will form part of an existing team and will report into the Director of Operations.

This Finance Administrator role will consist of responsibilities to include;
- Ensure appropriate administration is accurate and kept up to date
- Data entry of financial information
- Monthly payroll submissions
- Creating and updating online spreadsheets
We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who prides themselves on the standard of their work and is passionate about the environment they work in.
You will need to be confident when using computer systems and easily able to use Microsoft programs including Excel.
This is a busy office where you will sometimes need to go outside your normal remit of responsibilities and help others with their tasks. With this in mind, you will need to have a professional telephone manner and be confident when dealing with sometimes challenging situations.
