I have a unique opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller within the Health & Social Care sector. My client are seeking someone who has experience of managing the financial aspects of a large healthcare service and can oversee the ongoing strategic financial management and profitability of the service. You will be joining a new Mental Health service and will be fundamental in the setup of the finance function. With this responsibility also comes a great deal of autonomy and plenty of opportunity for progression within your career.
This is a senior position for an experienced Financial Controller; you will be joining a business at an exciting time of growth and development. The position will require you to oversee the Finance function and work closely with the other members of the Senior Management team in ensuring the profitability and adherence to budget in the setup of this new service. As Financial Controller, you will play a fundamental part in recruiting the rest of the finance team and developing the service further.
This is a new service and has a great deal of potential to be one of the leading providers in care for adults with Mental Health. The company can offer the Financial Controller stability and autonomy in this role, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team in the set-up of the function and will be there to guide and advise on finance processes, standards and strategy plans.
Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have experience in the Health and Social Care sector and can evidence that you have worked on large scale development projects or start up services.
