One of the UK’s foremost fleet management company is currently looking to recruit an Administrator at their Newport Pagnell HQ. You would be tasked with providing a high standard of administrative support with a particular focus on speeding fines and Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), acting as the first point of contact for queries, and working to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Key responsibilities will include…
o Answering, recording and responding to all incoming calls and emails
o Managing all fleet enquiries to a successful conclusion
o Ensuring that accurate vehicle records are kept using a combination of fleet systems
o Various ad hoc administrative and support tasks as required
o Experience providing a high standard of administrative support in previous roles
o Demonstrable passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service
o Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels
o Methodical and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail
o Skilled at prioritising and varied and high-volume workload
o Strong work ethic, mature and responsible attitude, keen to learn and develop in a new role
