We’re looking for a talented Level 1 Service & Support Advisor to work for us.

We want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of customer support / technical support.

If that’s you then you could be exactly what we’re looking for, even if you’ve got limited work experience but have recently graduated in a relevant or related field.

The Role:
In the Level 1 Service & Support Advisor role you’ll be primarily responsible for incoming requests and identifies the appropriate priority and action to be undertaken.

You’ll report to the Support Team Leader and you’ll spend part of the working week in our Tamworth office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Handle service requests
– Resolve incidents
– Identify and resolve problems proactively
– Test product service pack releases
– Assure software quality

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Level 1 Service & Support Advisor role will have relevant experience of customer support / technical support.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Strong IT skills
– Office 365 / exchange server
– Microsoft Windows (XP, 2000, windows 7, 8 & 10) and Microsoft office
– Contact-centre support environment

You’ll also need experience of:
– Basic SQL & C# skills
– ITIL experience
– Relationship management / account reviews

And if you’re a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant or related discipline but minus the experience, we still want to hear from you.

You could be perfect for this opportunity if you have previously worked either in IT Support or as a Support Technician.

The Package:
Basic salary: £18,000 – £21,000 per annum depending on experience
