We’re looking for a highly proactive and dynamic financial leader with experience of taking responsibility for a global finance team, ensuring all financial and accounting operations are carried out effectively and efficiently, to join our client in the position of Global Finance Manager.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CEO and based in the company’s London office, the Global Finance Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the global financial operations for this leading supplier of travel accessories.
Specifically, in the job, you will also be responsible for:
– Driving financial accountability in the Executive team.
– Integrating with the wider business areas to deliver a value-added finance function
– Pro-actively leading and advising on the company’s approach to mergers and acquisitions
– Taking accountability in managing costs and cashflow as well as budgets, margins and forecasts
– Driving financial thinking in the commercial and business strategies
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the Global Finance Manager role, you ideally will possess direct experience of taking responsibility for a global finance team, ensuring all financial and accounting operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following skills:
– Qualified to ACCA/CIMA level
– Experience of managing a global team to manage the company’s financial operations
– Proactive in suggesting new methods that will enhance the finance department worldwide
– A natural influencer and leader
– Innovative, creative and a flexible attitude
– A can-do attitude with the ability to strive for excellence
– A willingness to travel
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in one of the following roles:
Financial Controller, Finance Director, VP Finance
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary: Up to £80000 per annum for the ideal candidate
