Job Title: Graduate Front-End Developer
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Experience Dependant)
Location: Birmingham
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-known international company as a Graduate Front-End Developer. Initially, you will be full time in their central Birmingham Office, getting to know your colleagues and understanding your role in the team, eventually progressing to a flexible hybrid working model visiting the office once to twice a week.
The company is heavily supportive of developing your personal skillset and experience through a high standard of mentorship and support frameworks, alongside increasing exposure to new technologies and IT experiences.
The Role
Working within their Digital Team, you will be developing, building, and running A/B and Multivariate tests across their UK websites using JavaScript. A willingness to expose yourself to new technologies and solutions through an initial understanding of their usage and slowly expanding to the eventual contribution of your own ideas in future work.
Experience
The successful candidate will require the following key experiences/qualities to be proficient in this position:
- A degree in Computer Science or similar IT Programming Qualifications
- Experience developing in JavaScript
- Working understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript Frameworks
The following will be highly beneficial to have for this position, but are happy to provide training and support:
- Practical experience in Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
- Using APIs to produce complex solutions
- Background working within an Agile Environment
