We are looking for articulate high-flyers to join a well-trained and professional sales team on an exciting graduate training programme. The ideal person will be a highly motivated graduate looking to succeed. Characteristics such as confidence, competitiveness, ambition, personal drive and persuasive ability are far more important than previous sales experience, training will accelerate the learning of key sales disciplines needed by high-flyers and the environment in which the sales team operate.

Applications from across the UK will be considered, you will be largely home-based with client visits, with the exciting chance to experience other markets and businesses, be it Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Spain, or Italy.

For the first 6 months of the role, you’ll receive industry leading DiSC Sales Training, structured to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skillset to apply successful solutions and strategies to meet the needs of existing and potential client bases.
Alongside your training you’ll spend your days seeking new business sales opportunities across defined sectors. This will grow your pipeline and help will be provided in order to capitalise on these opportunities You will have a defined annual new business sales target and you will play a pivotal role in the company’s competitive growth plans. – Strong academic background including a degree with a grade of 2:1 or above
– Highly motivated, able to work well as part of a team, strong motivation to work and succeed in Sales
– A proven history of achievement and success
– Business acumen, career oriented with a hard-working mindset
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Driving licence
– Success in sports is very desirable
