Job Title: Graduate Software Developer
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £20,000 to £27,000
Benefits: Pension, Free Parking, progression
My client is a market leading provider of off-the-shelf and custom-built software products for some of the world’s most recognisable and respected companies. Their product range is developed in-house by experienced Designers and Developers.
In this role, you will be working on both existing systems and greenfield projects that are part of the company’s core vision and strategy.
The technology stack includes use of .NET (C# & VB), .Net Core, SQL, DocumentDB and implementations including SASS and Angular 2. Like all members of this pro-active and empowered team, you will be integral in defining the exact technology choices.
This is a growing development team within an expanding organisation and this opportunity offers great potential for progression. You will work within a supportive software development team that welcomes new ideas and interests.
Key Experience Required
This is an excellent opportunity for a new or recent graduate with some development experience who is passionate about learning and using the latest technologies in an agile development environment.
You will have an IT / software development degree with practical knowledge of C#, MVC, SQL, cloud services and other related skills gained during your studies, on a placement or in your currrent role. However, we are more interested in your attitude and willingness to engage than the exact technology stack you currently know.
You will have good time management skills, can manage your own workload and can provide realistic timescales for developments.
You may have some understanding of the software development lifecycle and knowledge of agile techniques that the team use.
Benefits include pension, free parking, discounted gym membership, bike to work scheme and childcare vouchers and defined progression plan.
