We are seeking to recruit a Head of Account Management for a travel management company that specialise in providing complexed travel packages to a range of specialist clients – usually in areas of high risk or that are hard to access.
Based between the Manchester and London offices and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership, development and management of the Account Management team.
You will ensure the smooth running and delivery of all relationships with key customers, making sure the client is consistently satisfied with the service that is provided. You will also be responsible for providing support to the Account Manager’s to ensure they can develop within the company whilst also offering new ideas to help push that development.
The perfect candidate for the Head of Account Management position will have significant experience within a customer relationship management role in a service industry or customer service function.
You will ideally have a strong knowledgeable background of the travel management industry, although this is not essential and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high attention to detail.
You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve. You will also be a strong leader, patient, and ethical and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best guidance to all account managers.

The Basic Salary for the Head of Account Management position up to £70,000 dependant on experience.
