The global leader in data solutions and analytics for the hospitality industry are currently recruiting an accomplished and influential Head of Account Management, who as part of the senior management team will play a significant role in planning and driving the long term growth of the business.

The Role
As someone with a deep knowledge and understanding of the global hospitality industry, you would be tasked with developing and leading the successful implementation of an account management strategy, with overall responsibility for the achievement of key financial targets and performance measures.

You will lead a team responsible for developing long term, profitable relationships with existing corporate, independent and regional clients, and will be expected to drive a customer centric culture where best practice business development methodologies are utilised and customer satisfaction and loyalty are optimised through effective and efficient customer engagement.

The role will be based in the company’s modern offices near London Bridge, however some travel will be required so a degree of flexibility will be required.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished and commercially minded business development professional, able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the global hospitality industry. Experience selling hotel performance data would be preferred, as would the ability to motivate and manage a large team.

You will be working with colleagues across the business, as well as clients, so strong communication and presentation skills are required. You will need to feel confident working alongside senior colleagues as part of a management team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, analytical accuracy and the ability to think strategically.
